Grind peanuts in grinder nicely
In mixing bowl mix peanut red chilly pd salt n turmeric
wash birnjal n cut way n stuff the mixer in it
N remain mix in curd n put baingan in curd fr 1/2 hr
In pan put this mixture n on slow flame cook it
Add some water n cook till tender ur dahi baigan r ready
Sprinkle kasturi meethi n sever hot with naan, paratha
