Ingredients

  • 4/5 small baby brinjal


  • 1 bowl curd


  • 1 tsp Gg Paste


  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder


  • 1/2 tspTurmeric


  • 1 tsp Kasuri Methi


  • 5 tsp roasted peanuts


  • 1 tsp Salt


  • 1 tsp amchur pd


  • 1/2 tsp amchur pd

Directions

  • Grind peanuts in grinder nicely
  • In mixing bowl mix peanut red chilly pd salt n turmeric
  • wash birnjal n cut way n stuff the mixer in it
  • N remain mix in curd n put baingan in curd fr 1/2 hr
  • In pan put this mixture n on slow flame cook it
  • Add some water n cook till tender ur dahi baigan r ready
  • Sprinkle kasturi meethi n sever hot with naan, paratha
